Enrolment Data
Data given to me on a client enrolment form is held as paper or electronic document. This information will be held by me for as long as you are a client participating in my Pilates classes. In the event you leave my classes this document is required by law to be held in a secure place by me and then destroyed by shredding after seven years.
Therefore seven years after you leave my classes i will destroy all personal data held digitally or as hard copy.
No information provide to North Cornwall Pilates will be shared with any other party in any form. No personal details will be given to anyone outside of North Cornwall Pilates at any time. No personal details are held on the North Cornwall Pilates website.
